Scrum Master experience - bridge gap between digital transformation and shop floor smart factory operations

• Agile methodology specifically for teams implementing or maintaining MES Software like : Siemens OpsCenter ,

Rockwell, SAP ME, SAP DM..etc. Manages the unique challenges of deploying IT solutions (Agile) in

Operational Technology (OT) environments.
