This full-time mobile position involves working within a collaborative team to support responsive behaviors in various Long Term Care homes across Central West Ontario.
Your role is crucial in fostering a person-centered approach that improves the quality of life for residents and involves families in care decisions. You will also mentor staff and ensure effective communication of care strategies. Utilize your problem-solving skills and empathy to support the wellbeing of residents in their long-term care workplace.
