Sirrom is seeking an experienced Mobilisation Manager to lead the successful mobilisation of new and transitioning sites across our national portfolio.
This is a hands on role responsible for ensuring new contracts, site transitions and operational projects are delivered safely, compliantly and ready for day one operations. Working closely with Operations, Clients and Support Teams, you will take ownership of the mobilisation process from planning through to operational handover.

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Managers, you will be responsible for leading mobilisation activities across a range of remote accommodation villages and workforce operations throughout Australia.
This role will involve regular travel to site and requires someone who can confidently work with internal stakeholders, clients and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the mobilisation and transition of new and existing contracts
- Develop and execute mobilisation plans across workforce, logistics, accommodation, catering, facilities and operational readiness
- Coordinate workforce mobilisation activities including onboarding, compliance, medicals, inductions and site access requirements
- Work closely with clients to ensure mobilisation activities align with project expectations and contractual requirements
- Manage suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders throughout the mobilisation process
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
- Drive safety, compliance and risk management across all mobilisation activities
- Conduct site reviews and post mobilisation assessments to identify improvements and lessons learned
- Support operational teams with site transitions, business improvements and special projects as required
About You
- Demonstrated experience in mobilisation, project delivery, operations or contract transitions within mining, resources, facilities management or remote workforce environments
- Previous experience mobilising remote accommodation villages, camps or similar operational sites highly regarded
- Strong understanding of workforce compliance, mobilisation processes and operational readiness requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong planning, organisational and problem solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, timelines and project outcomes
- Willingness to travel regularly to remote locations as required
Role Requirements
- Perth based role with regular FIFO travel required
- Current Australian Open driver's licence required
- Ability to pass a pre employment medical and police check
- Full Australian working rights required
This role offers a salary package of approximately $130,000–$135,000 + super.
