Motion Graphics Designer Job Type: Full-timeWorking Days : Monday - Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off )Working Time : 10:30 AM - 6:30 PMWork Location: In personJob description:Key Responsibilities:- Create Animated Graphics: Design and animate visuals such as logos, text, icons, and other graphic elements for videos, commercials, and digital content.- Collaborate with Creative Team: Work closely with other designers, video editors, and directors to align on creative concepts and deliver animations that fit the project's vision.- Design Visual Effects: Develop and implement creative visual effects (VFX) for video projects.- Storyboard and Conceptualize: Create storyboards, mood boards, and animatics to visualize design concepts and animation sequences before production.- Prepare Assets: Create or modify assets (like vector graphics, textures, and illustrations) for use in motion graphics.- Edit and Composite: Integrate motion graphics into final video edits and ensure all elements come together cohesively.- Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, ensuring all graphics align with the company-s visual identity.- Optimize for Different Platforms: Customize motion graphics and animations for different platforms (web, social media, TV, etc.), optimizing file sizes and formats.- Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software tools to ensure cutting-edge work.- Maintain Workflow Efficiency: Manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proficiency in animation and graphic design software, particularly Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Blender, Cinema 4D, and Premiere Pro.- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.- Experience in 2D and 3D animation techniques.- Ability to work with both vector-based and raster-based assets.- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams.- Ability to take direction and feedback while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.- A portfolio showcasing previous work in motion graphics and animation.Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation (using tools like Cinema 4D or Blender).- Experience with video editing and post-production.- Familiarity with sound design and integrating audio into motion graphics.Education and Experience:- Bachelor-s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 1+ years of experience working as a motion graphic designer or in a related role.- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in animation and motion design
