Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

The Motion Designer will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, video content, and social media platforms. This role brings concepts and brand stories to life through animation while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction. The Motion Designer works closely with senior creatives and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality motion assets across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, video content, and paid media

• Translate creative briefs, scripts, and static designs into compelling motion visuals

• Ensure motion assets align with brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines

• Apply sound animation principles, including timing, pacing, transitions, and typography

• Collaborate with Senior Motion Designers, Graphic Designers, and marketing teams

• Support campaign rollouts with multiple formats, versions, and adaptations

• Manage assigned tasks efficiently while meeting quality and deadline expectations

• Incorporate feedback and revisions in a timely and professional manner

• Stay updated on motion design trends, formats, and emerging tools

Tools & Technologies

• Motion & Video Tools: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Media Encoder, etc.

• Design Tools: Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

• Good to Have / Emerging Tools: Cinema 4D / Blender, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, and any other similar tool

• Collaboration and asset management tools

Skills & Competencies

• Strong foundation in motion design and animation principles

• Good understanding of storytelling and visual communication

• Attention to detail and design consistency

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Openness to feedback and continuous improvement

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Motion Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field

• 3–5 years of professional experience in motion design or animation

• Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animations, and digital-first content
