Job Description Manage all phases of ground-up wood-frame podium multifamily projects from preconstruction through final turnover Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls Coordinate with Superintendents, architects, engineers, consultants, ownership groups, and subcontractors Lead subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and buyout activities Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate schedule, budget, and quality risks Facilitate owner and stakeholder meetings while maintaining strong project communication Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations Track project financial performance and provide accurate forecasting and reporting Support project closeout, punch-list completion, and turnover activities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
