Core Responsibilities
Serving as a Customer Support Specialist, you will act as the vital link between consumers and the brand, transforming routine questions into exceptional, high-quality service interactions.
- Inbound Assistance: Handle incoming inquiries from Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat—resolving questions regarding shipping statuses, product specifications, warranties, delivery schedules, and initial device configurations.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Attentively listen to customer issues concerning electronic devices and home appliances, diagnose the core problem, offer clear step-by-step solutions, or escalate intricate repairs to authorized service technicians.
- Data Logging: Meticulously record every client contact, piece of feedback, and resolution within the CRM platform to maintain flawless case histories.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Stay informed on new product launches, engineering updates, and company values, sharing this knowledge with genuine empathy and professionalism.
- Skill Enhancement: Participate in continuous, fully paid training sessions to keep your technical knowledge and interpersonal communication methods sharp.

Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or near-native command (C1/C2 level) of Norwegian, paired with a solid professional working knowledge (B2 level) of English.
- Location & Legal Status: Currently living in Lisbon, or entirely ready and legally authorized to move to Portugal on your own accord.
- Interpersonal Traits: Outstanding written and oral communication skills combined with a calm, customer-first approach.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating computers, managing multiple software applications simultaneously, and quickly learning new digital systems.
Preferred Extras
- Prior experience in client services, call centers, hospitality, or retail fields is beneficial but not required.
- A genuine interest in smart home ecosystems, consumer tech, or modern household appliances.
Work Schedule
- Weekly Hours: A standard 40-hour schedule (comprising 5 days a week, 8 hours a day).
- Shift Windows: Fixed daytime hours operating from 08:00 to 17:00.
