Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY Lead the Practice in Focus areas: Delivery, Presales, Practice Management, and Mentoring.Active participation on strategic engagements - Consultant, Program Management, Project Management, People Management.Articulate value proposition to clients, prospects, partners & stakeholders.Respond to RFPs which includes writing, reviewing, and presenting client proposals. Handle work statements, proposals and support contract creation. Exposure with Local government projects is an added advantage.Document, optimize and continuously improve workflows, templates and end-to-end business processes and policies related to Project Delivery.Juggling multiple and conflicting priorities in a timely and sensitive way, with full transparency.Delivering customer satisfaction and overall excellence by identifying opportunities (or issues) and assisting with speedy resolutionManaging and leading complex stakeholders towards optimal solutions while helping them understand resource constraints and prioritizationHolding the teams to the highest standards, project discipline and accountabilityContinuously improving the delivery model and strategy, implementing and managing delivery with the associated teams.
PROFILEMinimum Diploma or Bachelors in Engineering or BusinessMinimum 8-10 years of experience in various domains such as Retail/CPG/ /Healthcare/Digital/Manufacturing, etc.Good years of experience in project roll-outs in Asia.Familiar with solutions such as POS, ERP, OMS, WMS; Experience on CEGID (POS) and Fluent Commerce (OMS) is preferred.Technical knowledge in various technology and project management tools.Exposure to multi projects implementation and support.Motivated, with good interpersonal and editorial skills, you are recognized for your rigor, your analytical capacity and your strength of proposal.Project Management and Team management experienceTeam management:Assist in recruiting, up-skilling, and mentoring team membersEnsure adequate team staffing and ensure team members receive adequate training for the position they hold.Must have already managed directly team membersDelivery ManagementEnd-to-End operational oversight, from project proposals, project kick-offs, up to management of regular invoicingAccount managementBuilding long-term relationships with Organization’s valuable accountsGood to have Project Management certifications (Prince, PMI)Experience in working in complex environment and with distributed teams.Very good communication skills with customers, team and stakeholders
