Job Description
Drive service operations strategy for e-STORAGE in Ontario, Canada as a Manager of Service Operations Planning. Your focus will be on standardizing global processes for enhanced service delivery.
This role entails leading service planning across the Americas, Europe, and APAC. You’ll refine workflows for work orders, maintenance procedures, and service coordination, ensuring consistent execution across global regions. Your leadership will support the improvement of service performance through robust planning practices and data quality.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead global teams to ensure consistent service coordination • Define and enhance service workflows and reporting processes • Support CMMS rollout and develop aid materials • Collaborate to increase visibility on work orders and service performance • Monitor PM/CM execution and establish service parts coordination
Requirements: • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field • 5+ years in service planning or operational roles • Strong understanding of maintenance management and service processes • Experience with ERP or CMMS systems • Proven ability in process improvement and SOP development
