Job Tile:OpenAir-NetSuite AdministratorExperience:4-6 yrsLocation: BangaloreTR Code: ACL Digital/3695/25-26Budget: 8-12 LPAJob Description:• System Configuration and Administration:Maintaining, configuring, and optimizing OpenAir and NetSuite environments to align with business needs, including managing user roles, permissions, workflows, custom fields, reports, and dashboards.• Data Management:Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security, including data migrations between systems and collaborating with different teams to validate and clean data.• User Support:Serving as the primary point of contact for user support and troubleshooting related to both platforms, resolving system issues, and escalating tickets as needed.• System Optimization:Monitoring system performance, ensuring uptime and stability, and identifying opportunities to improve system processes through automation or configuration updates.• Integration Management:Supporting integrations with third-party systems and ensuring data flows accurately between platforms.• Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of NetSuite and OpenAir updates, releases, and best practices.• Documentation:Creating and maintaining user documentation, training guides, and FAQs.
