Operations Lead

Metis.fit, a Raiqa product, is looking for a highly driven Operations Lead to own and streamline our day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems on the ground, building efficient processes, and ensuring flawless execution across teams.

• Lead and manage daily operations across the business.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
• Support the leadership team in implementing operational strategies and new initiatives on the ground.
• Manage and supervise on-ground teams to ensure high productivity and accountability.
• Build and optimize operational processes for scale and efficiency.
• Set up and manage vendors, procurement, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
• Oversee inventory planning, stock management, and operational logistics.
• Manage food delivery platforms including Zomato, Swiggy, Craft My Plate, and other operational partners.
• Ensure timely execution of customer orders while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Monitor daily KPIs and continuously improve operational performance.
  

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in operations, preferably in food tech, cloud kitchens, restaurants, or high-growth startups.
• Experience managing teams and leading on-ground operations.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management, procurement, inventory, and supply chain coordination.
• Hands-on experience working with platforms such as Zomato, Swiggy, Craft My Plate, or similar food service ecosystems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to take initiative.

Office presence is mandatory

Salary starts from ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
