We are looking for an experienced professional to join our core team and support our business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the manufacturing plant and internal core team.Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners and vendors.Oversee daily production planning and operational activities.Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth business operations.Monitor order execution, dispatch planning, and operational efficiency.Support management in streamlining processes and driving business growth.RequirementsPrior experience in the cement industry is preferred.Strong knowledge of plant operations, production coordination, vendor management, and supply chain processes.Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Accounts, Logistics, and Operations.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Retired professionals from the cement industry with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.If you have the experience and passion to help build a growing cement brand, we'd love to hear from you.
