About the Role
In this role you will play a critical part in maintaining efficient workflows and keeping the global pipeline running smoothly. You will manage vendor communications, purchase orders, invoice processes, and help prioritize backlogs to meet SLAs.
- Global Operations Support: Act as the operational backbone of the team by managing essential daily workflows and ensuring the global pipeline runs seamlessly and efficiently.
- Vendor Onboarding: Manage onboarding for new suppliers, maintain communication with vendors, and collaborate closely with Procurement.
- Order & PO Tracking: Follow up on purchase orders and merchandising requests, ensuring alignment between external vendors and internal teams.
- Invoicing & Payments: Track vendor invoices and work with Finance to guarantee on‑time payments, proactively preventing blockages.
- Prioritization & SLA Management: Analyse requests, prioritize issues with business risk, and manage backlog to meet strict SLAs.
About You
- 1+ year of experience in operations, support, or a fast‑paced coordination role.
- Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing high volume of tasks, backlogs, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Flexible and solution‑oriented, with a “think outside the box” mentality and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, strategic environment.
- Clear and effective communicator comfortable with international vendors and internal teams (Procurement, Finance).
- Comfortable managing operational tools, tracking databases, and maintaining clean pipelines.
