Oracle Business Systems Analyst – Order to Cash
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with Oracle ERP Cloud expertise to drive optimization of Order to Cash and Record to Report processes. In this hybrid role located in Burnaby, you will collaborate with technical and business teams to design, configure, and implement scalable finance solutions and enable AI‑driven automation.
Be a Contributor – What You’ll Do
- Design, configure and deliver initiatives for Order to Cash processes (Order Management, Subscriptions Management, Shipping, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management, etc.) to meet business objectives
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, gather requirements, and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications
- Identify opportunities for process automation, efficiency gains, and best practice adoption within the Order to Cash cycle, including automated revenue recognition and revenue event processing
- Collaborate with cross‑functional and cross‑application teams to implement new initiatives effectively
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are defect‑free; support UAT and manage defect resolution and deployment of ERP changes
- Provide day‑to‑day application support and financial close activities during month‑end, year‑end, and quarterly maintenance activities
- Collaborate with external Oracle support and consultants to resolve escalated issues as needed
- Adapt and perform effectively in a dynamically changing environment
Be Prepared – What You Bring
- 5+ years of techno‑functional experience in Oracle Order to Cash implementations
- Hands‑on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including Order Management, Order Orchestrations, Subscription Management, Shipping, Receivables, Oracle Revenue Management Cloud (RMCS)
- Skilled in Oracle tools such as SQL, OTBI, FBDI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Nice to have: REST APIs and SOAP web services knowledge
- Nice to have: Additional process knowledge in Procure‑to‑Pay, General Ledger, Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM)
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Must be located on the West Coast, with preferred locations in Seattle, Vancouver, or Santa Clara
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field
