Job Description POSITION: Senior Associate REPORTS TO: Assistant Vice President/Vice President LOCATION: Hyderabad, India Boston based State Street Corporation (State Street) and it flagship bank – State Street Bank & Trust, a Fortune 500 company and a leading specialist in meeting the needs of institutional investors worldwide. With $35 Trillion in assets under custody and administration and $3 trillion in assets under management, State Street operates in 30 countries and more than 100 markets worldwide EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED: • Bachelors or a Master’s degree in Accounting with 3 to 5 years of real world experience in the accounting department • Functional Knowledge of on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Account Receivables, Cash Management. • Experience with testing, configuration, and issue resolution. • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate fixes across teams • Experience in using Oracle ERP system. • Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills • Support integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution • Perform system configuration or development EDUCATION: Bachelors or a Master’s degree in Accounting. SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE FOR IMPLEMENTATION or Support: • Oracle Financial cloud (i.e. GL, AP, AR, FA, CE ) COMPENSATION: Compensation will be attractive, competitive and will include base salary and incentive compensation appropriate for the management level.
