Overview Accenture’s Oracle Cloud Payroll practice helps clients address complex business challenges through technology and process improvements. The role involves leading projects, coaching teams, and configuring Oracle solutions in a agile, client‑facing environment. Responsibilities Help clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle.
Identify strategies, risks, and options, and recommend approaches that bypass problems and meet client needs. Lead, coach, and advise a small project team while managing performance. Provide design options using prototypes.
Set up, document, and test the Oracle Cloud Payroll system; apply Oracle development methodologies. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure goals are achieved. Build trust with clients, teammates, and managers to guarantee project delivery.
Support business development and sales efforts through skill growth. Stay informed on industry trends and Oracle Cloud Payroll features to deliver optimal solutions. Basic Qualifications At least 5 years of functional advisory/consulting experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll.
Minimum of 3 full life‑cycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations. Fluency in English; ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across Canada. Bonus Points Oracle Cloud Payroll certification and other HCM Cloud module certifications.
Solid project management and delivery experience. Creative problem‑solving in a team‑oriented environment. Track record of designing business processes, leading configuration workshops, identifying gaps, and performing tests.
Compensation Base pay range: $82,600 to $132,600. Additional compensation may apply based on location, skill set, and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
