About the RoleWe are looking for a high-intent Inside Sales professional to engage with mid-market companies ( 25 Cr - 150 Cr turnover) and initiate meaningful conversations with CFOs, finance heads, and business owners.This is a consultative B2B sales role, focused on understanding business needs and generating qualified meetings for our advisory team across:Debt fundraisingEquity fundraisingVirtual CFO (VCFO) servicesThis is not a telecalling or retail sales role - success depends on conversation quality, business understanding, and persistence.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake 60-80 outbound calls daily to senior decision-makersEngage with mid-market businesses across industriesUnderstand client needs around:Working capital / term loansGrowth capital / equity raiseFinancial planning & VCFO supportAsk the right questions and drive meaningful conversationsGenerate interest and schedule qualified meetingsMaintain structured records in CRM (calls, notes, follow-ups)Reconnect with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and emailCoordinate internally to track and improve lead conversion
Performance MetricsDaily: 60-80 calls, 8-12 meaningful conversationsWeekly: 8-10 meetings fixedMonthly: 30-40 qualified meetings
Candidate Profile1-3 years experience in B2B sales / fintech / financial services / SaaSStrong communication with ability to speak to CXOs and foundersComfortable handling high-value, consultative conversationsPersistent, disciplined, and target-drivenAbility to ask, probe, and guide discussions (not just pitch)
