Job Title: Overseas Sales Manager (Remote–Indonesia)Reporting Line: Overseas Sales Manager (Beijing Headquarters)
OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Overseas Sales Manager to drive market expansion and sales growth in Indonesia. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong experience in scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, or industrial equipment.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needsDevelop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and collection targetsIdentify and acquire new customers while maintaining and strengthening existing relationshipsManage the full sales cycle, including bidding, quotation, negotiation, contract signing, and follow-through to delivery and paymentBuild and manage local distributors and channel partners, providing training and supportCollaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and after-sales serviceOrganize and participate in exhibitions, seminars, and product promotion activitiesPrepare regular sales reports, market updates, and competitor analysis for headquarters
RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above; Engineering background preferred (Mechanical, Chemical, Biological, Instrumentation, or related fields)Minimum 5 years of sales experience in scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, or industrial equipmentExperience selling grinding machines, centrifuges, or sample pretreatment equipment is preferredProven experience in developing overseas markets and managing B2B sales processesStrong negotiation, communication, and key account management skillsFluent in English (written and spoken); additional local language skills are an advantageSelf-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setupWillingness to travel frequently
