New Product Development (NPD) ExecutiveDepartment: New Product DevelopmentReporting To: NPD ManagerLocation: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities• Support new product development from concept to launch.• Coordinate with R&D, production, procurement, packaging, and marketing teams.• Conduct market and competitor analysis for new product ideas.• Manage product trials, documentation, and project timelines.• Assist in costing, vendor coordination, and commercialization.

Qualification & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.1-5 years of experience in FMCG, Food, Home Care, or Personal Care industry preferred.

Skills Required• Strong coordination and communication skills• Knowledge of NPD processes and market trends• Basic understanding of costing and packagingProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
