The Role
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards while maintaining exceptional levels of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:
·Repairing damaged vehicle panels using recognised body repair techniques.
·Removing and replacing damaged body panels where repairs are not possible.
·Straightening chassis and vehicle body structures using specialist equipment.
·Carrying out accurate panel alignment to achieve manufacturer specifications.
·Working closely with MET Technicians, Paint Technicians and Workshop Controllers to ensure efficient vehicle repairs.
·Identifying any additional repair requirements and communicating them promptly.
·Completing repairs in line with quality, safety and manufacturer standards.
·Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

About You
This role is ideal for an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Body Repair Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

You'll ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Body Repair Technician.
·Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
·Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques and body alignment methods.
·The ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
·Experience working within a busy accident repair centre or Bodyshop.
·A proactive approach with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
·Commitment to producing repairs to the highest standard.
·A full UK driving licence.
