Currently Adecco is partnering with a global, best‑in‑class payments and data organization to identify exceptional consulting talent for their Implementation & Execution Consulting team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and hands‑on delivery, helping leading banks, fintechs, merchants, and payment players turn insight into measurable commercial impact. What will you do:Lead day‑to‑day client engagements, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned workstreamsTranslate client objectives, constraints, and operating models into structured problem statements and execution plansFacilitate working sessions, diagnostics reviews, and solution workshops to drive alignment and decisionsEvaluate existing credit card propositions against target segments and market competitorsConduct structured diagnostics across customer needs, rewards economics, pricing, eligibility, and servicing experiencePartner with analytics and data science teams to sharpen segmentation, personas, and value driversDiagnose end‑to‑end acquisition funnels: lead → application → approval → activation → first spendIdentify conversion bottlenecks and performance gaps across channels and segmentsDefine acquisition KPI frameworks covering volume, conversion, cost, activation, and engagementSupport GTM planning, execution sequencing, and operational readinessWork with client teams on CMS setup, operational flows, sales enablement, and customer servicing Who is this for:You'll likely coming from:Management consulting or in‑house strategy rolesPayments, cards, lending, fintech, or digital banking environmentsExperience across CVP design, rewards economics, acquisition funnels, or growth analyticsStrong client‑facing and stakeholder management background
