Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Payroll Analyst to join our team
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Covers the full monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Salary calculations for fixed, variable, and prorated payments (new hires, terminations, leaves).
- Deductions: INSS, IRRF, FGTS, union dues, loan deductions (eConsig), pension plans, health/benefits copay, Child support, etc.
- Reporting & compliance submissions (e-Social, FGTS, IRRF, DCTF-web, etc).
- Labor Liabilities: Responsible for accurate calculation, provisioning, and reporting of all legal obligations. Regularization of liabilities in case of retroactive salary adjustments or legal changes;
- Terminations: Complete management of the offboarding process in compliance with Brazilian labor law. Homologation process when required (unions/legal thresholds)
- Vacations & Collective Vacation: Ensures compliance with CLT rules and communication requirements.
- Leaves of Absence: Administration of all types of leaves with correct payroll integration and legal compliance.
- HR accounting interface to ensure all provisions are recorded in financial statements.
- Compliance with auditors (internal and external) to ensure adherence to CLT and internal policies, and support for SOX controls.
Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience managing high‑volume payroll operations in Brazil for large and complex organizations.
Must Have
- Proven experience overseeing end‑to‑end payroll operations in high‑volume environments, covering labor liabilities, terminations, individual and collective vacations, leaves of absence, accounting and all related workforce administration activities.
- Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT)
- Graduate in any stream
- Strong written and verbal communication skills ENGLISH
- Results‑driven and able to meet deadlines consistently
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Fluency in Portuguese (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong emotional control and resilience
Good to Have
- Prior experience with ADP systems
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
