Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to Gaurav Gupta - Founder & Creative Director Gaurav Gupta Studio is looking for a sharp, polished, and highly organized Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the Founder and Creative Director. This is a high-trust, close-to-the-business role for someone who can manage a fast-paced, high-visibility calendar across design, business, and personal commitments - with the discretion, taste, and judgement the fashion environment demands.Candidates with a background in fashion communication and prior international exposure (study abroad, internships, or extensive cultural/professional fluency with global markets) are strongly preferred, given the brand's global stakeholder base and show calendar. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Founder's calendar end-to-end - scheduling, prioritizing, and resolving conflicts across design reviews, fittings, media, business meetings, and personal commitmentsCoordinate domestic and international travel: itineraries, visas, accommodation, and logistics for shows, market visits, and buyer/press meetingsAct as first point of contact for the Founder's office - screening calls, emails, and requests with appropriate urgency and confidentialityDraft, proofread, and manage correspondence with media, collaborators, clients, and international stakeholders, maintaining the tone and polish expected of a luxury fashion houseLiaise with internal teams (design, production, PR, sales) to track deliverables and brief the Founder ahead of every meeting and milestoneSupport show and event preparation - coordinating with PR/communications, guest lists, run-of-show timing, and on-ground logistics during Fashion Weeks and showcasesMaintain meticulous records, contact databases, and follow-up trackersHandle sensitive personal and professional matters with absolute discretionAnticipate needs proactively - this role requires someone who thinks two steps ahead
Candidate ProfileBackground in Fashion Communication, Fashion Management, Mass Communication, or related field strongly preferredInternational exposure preferred - through education (semester abroad, exchange programs), internships, or strong professional/cultural fluency with global marketsFresher to 2 years of experience; prior internship or work exposure to a fashion, luxury, design, or fast-paced creative/entrepreneurial setup is a plusExceptional written and verbal English; comfort drafting on behalf of a public-facing principalSharp organizational instincts and calm under multiple fast-moving prioritiesHigh emotional intelligence and discretionPolished, presentable demeanor suited to interfacing with designers, media, celebrities, and international buyersHigh energy, eagerness to learn, and willingness to grow into the role quickly
