.Key Responsibilitie

• sConduct one-on-one Personal Training (PT) sessions tailored to individual fitness goals
• .Assess members' fitness levels and create customized workout programs
• .Educate clients on exercise techniques, injury prevention, and basic nutrition
• .Motivate members and track their progress to help them achieve desired outcomes
• .Build strong client relationships to improve member engagement and retention
• .Achieve monthly PT session and revenue targets
• .Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to Cultfit SOPs during training sessions
• .Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and continuously enhance professional knowledge

.Eligibilit

• yBachelor's degree/Diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field (preferred)
• .Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, ACSM, NASM, ISSA, REPS India, K11, or equivalent preferred)
• .Freshers with relevant certifications or candidates with 0–3 years of experience are welcome to apply
• .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• .Passion for fitness and helping people transform their lives

sWork Schedul

• e6 working days per week with one fixed weekly off
• .Split shifts within a 12-hour window (approximately 9 working hours)
• .Morning shifts may begin as early as 6:00 AM
• .Center allocation will be based on business requirements and proximity to the candidate's residence, wherever possible
