About the Role

We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join our on-site engineering team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust back-end systems, contributing to scalable software solutions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality omnichannel platforms.

You will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of modern retail technology solutions, supporting complex and large-scale operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end applications using PHP
• Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to build scalable and maintainable systems
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and integration teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Contribute to front-end development when required to meet project objectives
• Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in PHP back-end development
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and full-stack development concepts
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
