We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Placement Manager to strengthen our corporate partnerships, manage learner placements, and drive successful career outcomes for our learners.

Role Overview

As a Placement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end placement process, building strong relationships with hiring partners, and ensuring learners are successfully placed in internships and full-time opportunities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, recruiters, and industry partners to maximize placement success while contributing to the growth of Intellipaat's employer network.

Key Responsibilities :

Placement Operations

● Manage the complete placement lifecycle for learners across various programs.

● Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, recruiter interactions, and offer management.

● Track learner progress throughout the placement process and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

● Monitor placement pipelines and improve placement conversion rates.

Corporate Relations

● Build and maintain relationships with technology companies, startups, GCCs, and enterprise organizations.

● Generate internship and full-time hiring opportunities by expanding the corporate network.

● Coordinate with HR teams, Talent Acquisition professionals, and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

● Ensure repeat hiring opportunities through strong employer engagement.

Employer Engagement

● Organize recruitment drives, hiring events, virtual placement sessions, and employer connect programs.

● Collaborate with recruiters to facilitate hiring campaigns and placement initiatives.

● Represent Intellipaat during corporate interactions and networking events.

Learner Success

● Work closely with Academic and Program teams to improve learner employability.

● Guide learners through placement processes and interview preparation initiatives.

● Share recruiter feedback with internal teams to continuously enhance learner readiness.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

● Track placement metrics, hiring numbers, recruiter engagement, and placement performance.

● Maintain accurate placement records and prepare periodic MIS reports.

● Analyze hiring trends and recommend improvements to strengthen placement outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile :

● 4+ years of experience in Placements, Corporate Relations, Career Services, Talent Acquisition, or Business Development.

● Strong experience in building relationships with hiring partners and recruiters.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to manage multiple hiring partners, learner batches, and placement drives simultaneously.

● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

● Experience in the EdTech, Higher Education, Learning & Development, or Training industry.

● Understanding of technology hiring across domains such as Data Science, AI, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Software Development, Cybersecurity, and Digital Marketing.

● Experience managing placement drives and corporate hiring partnerships.
