Planning Lead

Job Title: Planning Lead - Elevated Structure/Roads/High Speed Rail/Bridge/Marine

Job Location : Candidate should be open for Pan India

Experience: 15-20 years in Infrastructure Projects, with minimum 5 years in Elevated Structure/Roads/High Speed Rail/Bridge/Marine project at similar responsibility of Project planning & monitoring head

Required Qualifications

• BE/B Tech - CIVIL
• PG-ACM preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Technical skills - Primavera P6, MS Project.
• Soft skills - Communication, Adaptability, Analytical & Strategic thinking.
• Industry-specific knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Schedule Management – Develop, maintain and updating of the Project Plan, schedule with resource mapping using Primavera P6 and MS Project. Detailed reviews of schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordination: With all the Stakeholders such as Construction Managers, all Section Heads and arrive at optimum cycle time, resource planning & delivery schedule in line with budget &project timeline
• Monitoring & Controlling – Setting daily/weekly /monthly targets for all activities & support segments and Monitoring /Oversee critical project activity planning, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery, Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly progress of works.
• Reporting – Oversee of DPR/WPR/MPR and other related MIS reports, Provide regular updates and reports to the management
• Delay Analysis & EOT – Prepare Delay Analysis report and EOT application, critical path analysis, flag issues at early date.
• Coordination- Ensure seamless coordination with Sub-contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project deliverables, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with project. objectives.
