Role Description The PMIS Coordinator / Digital Project Controls Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. We are seeking a dynamic CDE/PMIS Expert to lead the implementation of digital project management solutions across our infrastructure projects. This role will be responsible for driving the adoption of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), enhancing project planning and controls, streamlining collaboration, and enabling data-driven decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience with BIM workflows will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
PMIS Implementation & Management
- Understand current processes of the client and in consultation with project stakeholders - create digital ecosystem of the proecet for project delivery.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and adoption of PMIS solutions across infrastructure projects.
- Configure project workflows, dashboards, document management processes, and reporting systems within the PMIS platform.
- Ensure seamless integration of project data to improve visibility, governance, and decision-making.
Project Planning & Controls
- Support project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and performance monitoring using digital tools.
- Develop project dashboards and reports for schedule, cost, productivity, and key project metrics.
- Assist project teams in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project information.
Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Establish and manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms for efficient document control, collaboration, and information management.
- Define document workflows, approval processes, and data governance standards.
Digital Construction & Field Enablement
- Implement digital solutions for field data collection, inspections, issue tracking, and progress reporting.
- Promote the adoption of digital construction practices to improve project execution and communication between site and office teams.
Platform Implementation
- Drive the implementation and onboarding of CUBE solutions, focusing on PMIS deployment, project controls, CDE setup, reporting, and digital workflows.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful platform adoption.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and digital project management practices.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, project controls, progress monitoring, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience in setting up and managing Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
- Familiarity with construction project management processes and infrastructure project execution.
- Knowledge of field digitization tools, mobile data capture, and digital reporting solutions.
- Exposure to BIM coordination or BIM-based project workflows will be considered an added advantage.
- Site experience or practical exposure to infrastructure construction projects is highly preferred.
