Position: Sales Agent (Packaging Materials) – India

Dongwon Systems is looking for a Sales Agent to grow our packaging business in India.

This is a service contract role for an individual with strong networks in the food, pet food, or packaging industries, especially those with a procurement/sourcing background.

Role Description

• Promote flexible packaging (pouches, roll stock) and metal packaging (can bodies, ends)

• Find and develop new customers in India

• Use your existing network to generate leads and business opportunities

• Drive sales and support execution of sales strategies

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and the headquarter

• Share market insights and customer feedback

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Food, Pet Food, or Packaging industries

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing roles strongly preferred

• Established network within relevant industries in India

• Understanding of flexible/metal packaging materials is a plus

Contract & Compensation

• Service contract (independent agent, not a full-time employment role)

• Compensation structure: Commission-based or Base + Commission (negotiable)

• Flexible working hours and remote work
