PR Specialist - BFSI

Job Summary:

Eminence, a strategy consulting company, is looking for an ambitious, creative, and experienced Public Relations Specialist to join our team with a strong focus on the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role requires a proactive thinker who can support external and internal communication initiatives, including PR campaign management, internal communications, media database maintenance, press release issuance, identifying target BFSI media lists, and much more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media houses specialising in BFSI to enhance brand visibility in financial markets.
• Press Communication: Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and corporate statements tailored to BFSI audiences to secure impactful coverage.
• Client Servicing: Engage with BFSI clients to understand their PR and communication needs, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and sensitivity to financial narratives.
• PR Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of BFSI-focused PR campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and sector-specific trends.
• Media Monitoring & Analysis: Track BFSI media coverage, analyse PR performance, and provide insights to refine communication strategies for financial stakeholders.
• Digital PR & Social Media: Leverage social media for BFSI brand amplification, focusing on thought leadership and trust-building in financial communities.
• Research & Trend Analysis: Monitor BFSI industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for proactive media outreach.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• At least 4 years of prior experience in managing PR for BFSI clients, financial institutions, or fintech companies.
• Ability to understand BFSI business trends and draft pitch notes, press releases, and thought leadership content.
• Strong command of the English language (Written & Spoken).
• Well-versed in social media platforms and BFSI-specific engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
