Summary

We are looking for a Manager – Pre-Sales to drive strategic business pursuits, craft winning solutions, and collaborate with global stakeholders. If you have strong experience in P&C Insurance, RFP/RFI responses, business analysis, and solution consulting, this is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact global engagements.

Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end Pre-Sales activities including solution consulting, proposal development, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, presentations, and bid management.
2. Develop compelling client proposals, pitch decks, capability presentations, executive summaries, and value propositions for strategic pursuits.
3. Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Consulting, Marketing, and Practice Teams to develop winning deal strategies.
4. Conduct business analysis, client research, competitor analysis, market intelligence, and insurance industry research to support solution creation.
5. Participate in client discussions, discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution presentations with global stakeholders.
6. Support large consulting opportunities by creating solution frameworks, commercial inputs, effort estimations, pricing assumptions, and implementation approaches.
7. Coordinate global client visits and ensure seamless communication across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
8. Build and maintain reusable proposal repositories, case studies, solution accelerators, knowledge assets, and best-practice documentation.
9. Support analyst submissions, capability documentation, and strategic initiatives to strengthen organizational positioning.
10. Drive multiple high-value pursuits simultaneously while ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to timelines.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Technology, or a related discipline. MBA is preferred.
2. 12–15 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Business Analysis, Proposal Management, Consulting, or Bid Management.
3. Strong experience in Insurance Consulting, with deep understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
4. Hands-on experience in Proposal Writing, RFP, RFI, RFQ Responses, Bid Management, Solution Design, and Value Proposition Development.
5. Strong understanding of Insurance Operations, including Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, Billing, and Distribution.
6. Experience supporting Technology Services, Digital Transformation, BPM, Automation, or InsurTech solutions.
7. Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
8. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, with exposure to collaboration tools such as Miro or Canva.
9. Ability to manage multiple pursuits, prioritize competing deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional global teams.
