Position: Presales & Solution Consultant – Digital Workplace Services

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Presales & Solution Consultant specializing in Digital Workplace Services (End User Computing) to design, position, and present enterprise workplace solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in solution architecture, RFP management, proposal development, effort estimation, pricing, and customer presentations for global managed services engagements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
A highly motivated Presales professional with strong solutioning expertise who can translate customer business requirements into scalable, commercially competitive, and technically sound Digital Workplace solutions. The candidate should possess a consultative approach, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to support enterprise opportunities from qualification through solution design and successful handover to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand business, technical, and operational requirements.
- Conduct discovery workshops and solution assessment sessions.
- Design end-to-end Digital Workplace managed service solutions aligned to customer requirements.
- Prepare solution architectures, transition strategies, operating models, and service delivery frameworks.
- Lead RFP, RFI, RFQ, and SOW responses for global opportunities.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals, effort estimations, BOMs, and pricing models.
- Prepare customer presentations, executive proposals, and solution defense materials.
- Define SLAs, XLAs, governance models, transition plans, and delivery frameworks.
- Collaborate with delivery, operations, alliances, and sales teams throughout the bid lifecycle.
- Support customer meetings, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.
- Ensure seamless transition of projects from presales to delivery.
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of enterprise Digital Workplace technologies and managed services, including:
- Global Service Desk & IT Service Management (ITIL)
- End User Computing (Windows 10/11, SCCM, Intune, Autopilot)
- Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplace
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Mobile Device Management (Intune, Workspace ONE)
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, Citrix & VMware Horizon
- Digital Employee Experience (Nexthink, SysTrack, ControlUp)
- Endpoint Management & Device Lifecycle Services
- Field Services, IMAC, Smart Hands & Depot Services
- IT Asset Management & Smart Locker Solutions
- AI-powered Service Desk, Automation, Self-Healing & GenAI
- ServiceNow, Freshservice & ManageEngine
Must-Have Skills
- 7–8 years of experience in Digital Workplace Services / End User Computing (EUC) Presales.
- Proven experience in RFP, RFI, RFQ, SOW preparation, bid management, and proposal development.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, effort estimation, resource planning, and commercial pricing.
- Good understanding of Global Service Desk, EUC, Modern Workplace, M365, Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, AVD, Citrix, VMware, MDM, and ITSM.
- Experience in preparing solution presentations, executive proposals, and customer solution defense sessions.
- Strong knowledge of managed services delivery models, SLAs, XLAs, governance, and transition methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work closely with sales, delivery, OEM partners, and customer stakeholders.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms such as Nexthink, SysTrack, or ControlUp.
- Exposure to AI Service Desk, GenAI, Copilot, automation, RPA, and self-healing solutions.
- Experience in ServiceNow, Freshservice, ManageEngine, or other ITSM platforms.
- Knowledge of Smart Lockers, IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Device Lifecycle Management.
- Microsoft certifications in Modern Workplace, Azure, Intune, Endpoint Administrator, or ITIL Foundation.
- Experience working with global enterprise customers across multi-country managed services engagements.
- Exposure to Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, Lenovo, HP, Dell, or other OEM ecosystems.
