Procurement Team Lead – IT

Responsibilities

• The Regional Procurement Lead for IT in Brazil will own and drive all IT procurement activities within the region, ensuring alignment with global strategies and compliance with company standards.
• This role will lead a team of two FTEs and act as the key liaison between local stakeholders and the Global IT Procurement team.
• The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance regional needs with global objectives.
• Lead and develop a team of two procurement specialists focused on IT categories.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the regional procurement team.
• Oversee and manage all IT procurement activities in Brazil, including hardware, software, services, and related solutions.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing aligned with business needs.
• Act as the primary interface between the regional team and the Global IT Procurement organization.
• Build strong relationships with local IT leadership, business stakeholders, and functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field;
• Significant procurement experience, including in a leadership role;
• Strong knowledge of IT procurement categories and market dynamics;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English - mandatory;
• Ability to work in a global matrix organization.
