Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Mumbai. The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and execution of product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring product visions to life, and ensuring products align with market needs and company goals. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer insights, identifying opportunities for product innovation, and managing end-to-end product life cycles.

The Product Manager will also play a pivotal role in product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals or wellness products
• Strong skills in Product Planning, Roadmap Development, and Product Lifecycle Management
• Experience conducting Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and identifying Customer Insights
• Proficiency in Team Collaboration, Stakeholder Communication, and Cross-Functional Coordination
• Background in Product Marketing, including Launch Strategies and Positioning
• Analytical abilities for evaluating market trends and making data-driven decisions
• Experience within the wellness, supplements, or consumer health industry is a plus
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
