Role Overview

We are seeking a Vice President of Product to lead our India-based product organization. This leader will manage a team of 10–15 high-performing Product Managers and play a critical role in defining and delivering our global product vision. The ideal candidate is a hands-on product strategist, skilled communicator, and inspiring leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and execution for our consumer lending and digital financial products.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10–15 Product Managers to create a high-performance product culture.

• Partner closely with global executives, engineering, design, and analytics to deliver best-in-class fintech experiences across full customer life cycle (including but not limited to application stage, delinquency management, and returning customer strategy).

• Translate the company's strategic goals into clear product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

• Oversee product lifecycle management—from concept to launch, iteration, and scale.

• Leverage data and user insights to drive decisions that enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

• Stay current with fintech trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to ensure product innovation.

• Collaborate with U.S. stakeholders to ensure strong communication and alignment across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institution (MBA or equivalent preferred).

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years leading product teams. US experience will be a plus.

• Proven track record of building and scaling digital products in fintech, digital lending, or e-commerce ecosystems.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.

• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments.

• Deep understanding of technologies in fintech systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and user experience design.
