Product Manager, Payments & Integrations

Our platform powers a rapidly scaling B2B fintech business that processes over US$2B in annual transaction volume and growing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, takes full ownership of outcomes, and is passionate about building products that help global merchants expand into emerging markets. You’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing product strategies for multi-currency, alternative payment solutions, designed for complex and fragmented payment ecosystems. ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the overall partner integration strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities.Own end-to-end integration lifecycle with external partners (banks, payment gateways, NBFIs, fintech APIs), from scoping and API alignment to testing and go-live.Develop, maintain, and communicate a detailed integration roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on partner impact, business value, and technical feasibility.Partner with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to deliver scalable, high-quality integrations.Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partner stakeholders (product, engineering, compliance) to drive successful integrations.Use data-driven decision-making to monitor integration performance (success rates, latency, failures) and identify optimisation opportunities.Ensure the platform’s scalability and reliability to support increasing transaction volumes across multiple partners.Oversee compliance with payment regulations, partner requirements, security standards, and industry best practices. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.At least 5+ years of experience in product management or integrations, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.Proven track record of delivering API-driven integrations with banks, payment gateways, or financial service providers.Strong understanding of payment flows, APIs, and fintech ecosystems.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage workflows across technical teams and external partners.Experience working with external stakeholders, including partner product and engineering teams.Experience scaling products and integrations in high-growth environments.Ability to handle ambiguity, prioritise tasks effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
