Job Description
We Are Looking For
A Product Marketing Manager who can bridge Product and Marketing, turning complex SaaS capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for mid and large companies. You are both strategic and hands‑on: able to define go‑to‑market frameworks, craft messaging, and enable internal teams to communicate the product effectively. You understand how B2B buyers think and how to position a software solution in a competitive travel and expense ecosystem.
Your role in BizAway
- Own and drive the go‑to‑market strategy for new features, product launches, and key initiatives
- Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different ICPs and personas
- Collaborate closely with Product to translate roadmap and features into customer‑facing narratives
- Work with Marketing to ensure consistent communication across channels
- Enable Sales and Customer Success with product storytelling, training, and materials
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform positioning and GTM decisions
- Support product adoption and engagement through clear communication and enablement strategies
- Measure and optimise GTM performance, messaging effectiveness, and product understanding across teams
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or B2B SaaS Marketing
- Proven experience in go‑to‑market strategy and execution
- Strong ability to translate complex product features into clear business value
- Experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support decisions
- Comfortable in a fast‑growing, scale‑up environment
We are also interested in
- Experience in travel tech, fintech, or expense management SaaS
- Background in mid‑market or enterprise B2B environments
- Familiarity with sales enablement and revenue teams' workflows
- Experience with product launches in international markets
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution speed, curiosity, ownership mindset, and strong collaboration skills
