Product Marketing Manager
Jaide Health
Job Description
Guesty, a global hospitality platform, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager for its Rentals United Channel Manager product.
You’ll sit at the intersection of growth and retention, owning go‑to‑market strategy, product storytelling, and the revenue initiatives that matter most. The role is hands‑on: new revenue, upsell growth, and retaining our best customers.
You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to build messaging, enablement materials, and competitive content that make our story land before customers start looking elsewhere.
Responsibilities
- Go‑to‑market Plan: Execute product launches end‑to‑end—from roadmap alignment to launch to post‑launch retrospective. Define the narrative, build the assets, coordinate across teams, and track whether it landed. Prioritize based on revenue and retention impact.
- Positioning and messaging: Own how Rentals United is positioned in the market. Keep the core narrative sharp, write sales‑enabling stories, and ensure every customer‑facing team tells the same story. Develop competitive content that counters the all‑in‑one PMS narrative.
- Sales enablement: Build and maintain the materials that Sales and Customer Success rely on daily—one‑pagers, product slides, battle cards, and segment‑specific proof points. Keep them current and track usage.
- Retention and upsell: Partner with Customer Success to identify at‑risk accounts and share the right content and messaging. Develop upsell plays for existing customers with measurable revenue attribution.
- White label: Own GTM for new white‑label products, build the value proposition, create enablement materials, and drive revenue growth. Coordinate with product and commercial teams to keep the pipeline moving.
- Market and competitive intelligence: Track evolving market trends, translating them into content and positioning that keep us ahead. Share insights with Sales, Product, and Leadership.
- Project management: Own the product marketing calendar, coordinate briefs and reviews, and ensure cross‑functional initiatives stay on track.
What Success Looks Like
- White‑label revenue grows quarter on quarter.
- Upsell initiatives generate measurable pipeline.
- Churn drops in our highest‑value customer cohorts.
- Product launches land on time with clear messaging and tracked adoption.
- Sales and CS always have up‑to‑date, relevant materials.
- The competitive narrative is proactive, not reactive.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in hospitality tech, channel management, or a related space.
- Strong project management skills—running cross‑functional initiatives, not just producing assets.
- Excellent storytelling ability, translating complex product features into clear customer value.
- Data‑literate, able to track impact and adjust tactics.
- Comfortable working independently in a lean team with shifting priorities.
- Experience in channel management or PMS environments is a plus.
