Shift: Weekend Night Shift (D Shift) – Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 5:45 PM – 6:00 AMJob OverviewThis role offers hands-on experience operating and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated production environment. You’ll work directly with machinery that supports critical production processes, ensuring consistent output, quality standards, and smooth line performance throughout each shift. The position involves monitoring equipment behavior, making real-time adjustments, and addressing basic mechanical or process issues to keep production running efficiently.You’ll be part of a structured manufacturing setting where attention to detail, consistency, and reliability directly impact product quality. This is a weekend night shift role designed for individuals who are comfortable working independently, following established procedures, and supporting continuous production in a fast-paced but controlled environment.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate automated production equipment used in filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting productsMonitor equipment performance and make adjustments to machine settings as neededPerform basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues related to machine performance or product qualityInspect in-process parts using gauges, fixtures, and measuring tools to ensure close tolerances and quality standards are metRemove defective product, packaging, and materials from the production linePerform minor routine maintenance and identify need for basic repairsAssist with preventative maintenance activities as assignedSupport root-cause analysis for process or product deviationsFollow all GMP, FDA, ISO9000, safety, and housekeeping proceduresComplete accurate documentation related to production, quality, safety, and maintenance activitiesWork overtime as required based on production needsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment (FDA, GMP preferred)AA technical degree accepted in lieu of experienceExperience in food, pharmaceutical, or industrial manufacturing preferredAbility to read and interpret work instructions, charts, diagrams, and specificationsBasic math and measurement skills requiredBasic computer skills, including use of Windows-based systemsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized proceduresAbility to work independently within established operating guidelinesStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentMust be punctual and able to consistently work the assigned weekend night shiftAbility to rotate tasks and support multiple production functions as neededExperience Encouraged to ApplyCandidates with experience in any of the following roles or similar positions are strongly encouraged to apply:Machine Operator / Production Machine OperatorManufacturing Operator / Manufacturing TechnicianProduction Operator / Production TechnicianAssembly Line Worker / Production Line WorkerPackaging Operator / Packaging TechnicianMaterial Handler / Warehouse Associate (with equipment or production exposure)Quality Inspector / Quality Control Inspector (manufacturing environments)Maintenance Technician (entry-level or production support roles)CNC Operator or Equipment Operator (transferable mechanical experience)Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator / Food Manufacturing Operator / Medical Device OperatorGeneral Production Worker / Industrial Production Associate
