Production Planning & Inventory Control Manager

Key Responsibilities:Oversee and evaluate production plans and the availability of raw/packaging materials to ensure smooth operations.Monitor RM/PM inventory levels and stock of finished goods to meet DOI (Days of Inventory) targets and fulfilment forecasts.Validate and monitor Purchase Requests to ensure material accuracy and availability.Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, R&D, and Production to align schedules and resolve operational bottlenecks.Evaluate and develop the competencies of the PPIC team through regular training and performance monitoring. Qualifications:Minimum bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.3-5 years of experience as PPIC Manager in FMCG Food & Beverage Company is requiredProficient in SAP for PP, Production & Capacity Planning, Data Analysis, and Scheduling/Sequencing.Strong understanding of production flow processes.Proven ability in leadership, accountability, and developing others.Willing to be placed in Bekasi, West Java.
