Project Management Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

About the RoleThe ideal candidate will support the project transfer among cross functional teams among business units and work closely with the CSR team to approach customers for business approaching. The Project manager will also need to manage risks and issues, monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track thus constantly provide updates of the progress of the project regularly to the management team. ResponsibilitiesDevelop the project team to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose and directionLead projects from requirement definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations and implementation plans including risk mitigationAnalyze project status and when necessary, make changes on scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be metReport project outcomes and risk to appropriate management channels and escalate issues with the best-fit solutions as necessary according to project work planCollaborate with Corporate and other plants in technology and or production transfer projects involving new, specialize or improved equipment/proceduresDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan on product transferWork closely with program and business leaders when planning a project transfer by accessing a project’s resource needs and provide estimates on resource availability and preliminary transfer timelineEstablish and track metrics for transfer processes to enable consistent and appropriate project timelinesProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progressReview project risks, identify bottleneck/issues and work with relevant team to ensure quality and timelines are met for all product transfer when neededMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesCommunicate with other functional managers on project progress and ensure that the project align with changing company initiatives and efficient operationsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationAttend to customer meetings or requirements by partnering with both CSR teams and production teamsPerforms other duties as required QualificationsBachelor's degree or relevant experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus or with proven actual experience to justify the skillMinimum 10 years of experience in Engineering, Productions, Quality or relevant contract manufacturing environment

Required SkillsProven experience in project management and proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timelineFluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and MandarinHave hands on experience on managing project transfer and have strong understanding of formal project management methodologiesExperience seeing projects through the full life cycleStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulProven ability to solve problems creatively and excellent analytical skillsStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelinesProven success working with all levels of managementPositive mindset and Can-Do Attitude
