Job Description: Lead and manage end-to-end projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood, managed, and met throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for flawless execution.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.Communicate clearly with the CEO and engineering teams, and report on key project milestones.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Foster collaboration between developers, QA, and operations teams.

Requirements: Proven  5–7 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/software-related projects.Strong understanding of project management methodologies.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Willing to work off-site in Bandung.

Bonus points: PMP or similar project management certification.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.Technical background or understanding of software development life cycles.
