Production Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities:Managing production line as per planning for each functional machineReview and observe for any hazard potential for people, product, and environment.Managing and execute AM-PM activity with engineering department as per schedule.Evaluate and identify performance of machine & quality during productionEnsure of GMP implementation in working areaCommunicate and escalation of outstanding issueEnsure of operation with food safety manner, contamination, and cleaning procedureEnsure production operation with efficient and effective mannerManage daily schedule, employee shift and reporting shiftManage product for re-work (from external)Manage transfer product to warehouse finished goods

RequirementsBachelor degree of Electrical/ Mechanical /Chemical EngineeringWilling to work in shiftsProven experience in the food manufacturing is essentialFluent in English (written and speaking)Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to train, manage, and motivate a production team to meet goalsThe ability to make quick, effective decisions and solve problems under pressureExperience using SAP systems for production management
