Job DescriptionEvening Shift Production Manager Co. Tipperary Salary: €60k+ Join one of Ireland's leading producers of branded and private-label meat products, supplying major retailers across Ireland and the UK. They are committed to producing high-quality products to the highest international food standards and are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead evening shift operations.

The role Lead and manage the evening production team to achieve daily targets. Plan, coordinate, and optimise production to maximise efficiency and quality. Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Monitor production performance, yields, and labour efficiency. Develop, coach, and train production staff. Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and HR to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and Health & Safety standards. About You Previous Production Manager experience within food manufacturing. Strong leadership and people management skills.

Experience driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Commercially aware with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
