Production Supervisor (Hiring Immediately)

POSITION SUMMARY Supervises a production shift or department, directing team members to safely meet daily production targets and quality standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and direct production team members on assigned shift/department Assign work, monitor progress, and address production issues in real time Enforce safety rules and address unsafe conditions or behaviors immediately Ensure quality standards are met and non-conformances are reported Conduct daily shift start meetings and communicate priorities Manage time and attendance, overtime, and shift coverage Report daily production results to Production Manager Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred 4+ years manufacturing experience with 2+ years supervisory experience Strong communication and leadership skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in metal fabrication or heavy manufacturing Lean manufacturing training PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Manufacturing plant environment with full shift production floor presence.
