Production Supervisor

The idea candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced. ResponsibilitiesConduct monitoring/inspection in the work area before starting ore hauling and mine development activities.Ensure that ore and overburden (OB) hauling is carried out on time, in accordance with procedures, and in compliance with occupational health and safety standards.Ensure unit efficiency and productivity are in line with the given targets.Optimize the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.Optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of mining operations.Apply good mining practices in accordance with applicable mining regulations.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mining Engineering.Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mine Operations Supervisor.Possess a POP (First Operational Supervisor) certification.Strong communication skillsWork location: Morowali, Central Sulawesi
