Professional Education Director, APAC (Orthopaedics)

ResponsibilitiesReporting to the APAC VP of Orthopaedics, this role leads the strategy and execution of professional education across a broad orthopaedics portfolio in APAC, ensuring alignment with commercial and marketing priorities while driving impactful surgeon engagement. It involves building and managing key external partnerships (including academic societies and faculty), shaping high-quality and compliant education programmes, and fostering cross-regional collaboration with global teams to share best practices and capabilities.

The position also focuses on innovating education delivery through digital, hybrid, and experiential formats, while providing leadership within a matrix organisation to develop regional teams and promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and regulatory excellence.

RequirementsThe ideal candidate is someone with minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in Professional Education, Commercial, and/or Marketing within the Orthopaedics sector. Having strong understanding of Orthopaedics portfolio is mandatory. You will ideally have SEA / APAC exposure, and able to demonstrate experience partnering with academic societies with AO experience highly preferred.
