Hiring: D&C Departmental Executive
Location: Pune (Work from Office) Budget : upto 9 lpa
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive D&C Departmental Executive to support our Digital & Change function across operations, resource management, reporting, finance coordination, recruitment, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities: Resource allocation and timesheet management MIS reporting and utilization tracking Purchase Order & invoice reconciliation support Budgeting and financial governance coordination Recruitment tracking and onboarding support Meeting coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management Maintaining organizational charts, intranet pages, and reports
Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in Operations Coordination, PMO Support, Executive Support, or similar roles Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word skills Experience with reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, and project/resource management tools Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: Experience working with UK-based clients or global stakeholders Exposure to Project for the Web (PFTW) or similar resource management tools
