Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in updating schedules and tracking deliverables across multiple projects.
Your analytical skills will facilitate identifying risks and preparing thorough reporting to support project execution. Collaborating directly with project managers and teams, you will ensure streamlined operations and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: • Update and maintain active project schedules in Microsoft Project • Track deliverables and manage project timelines • Prepare updates on project status for management • Maintain manpower projections aligned with project needs • Support process improvements in project controls Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in scheduling or project controls • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel • Familiarity with construction standards and project analysis • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively Drive project success through effective scheduling and reporting at Pro-Western Mechanical Ltd. #J-18808-Ljbffr
