Project Architect (Architecture & Interior Projects)

An architecture and interior design practice in Jubilee Hills is hiring a Project Architect with 3–5 years of experience to contribute to residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The role involves design development, technical documentation, presentations, consultant coordination, and execution support across multiple project stages.

• Clubhouse and amenity-space projects

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project briefs and requirements
• Prepare space plans, design presentations, and project drawings
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and technical details for project development and execution
• Create and coordinate 3D visualizations and presentation materials as required
• Collaborate with internal design teams across concept development, design development, documentation, and execution stages
• Interpret project requirements and translate them into functional architectural and interior design solutions
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders
• Support project coordination in line with design specifications, budget parameters, and agreed timelines
• Use AI-assisted tools to support design development, visualization, presentation workflows, documentation, and other project activities to improve workflow efficiency and support timely project delivery 
• Participate in site visits and execution coordination as required
• Maintain drawing revisions, project documentation, and design records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural or interior design projects
• Experience working on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design, drafting, and visualization software
• Experience preparing design presentations, working drawings, and technical documentation
• Understanding of architectural and interior design development, detailing, materials, and execution requirements
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, or project teams
• Experience supporting projects across design development and execution stages

Work Schedule:              

• Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
